How Much Does Morpheus 8 Cost? 2026 Prices in Colombia
- Resumen del artículo
A single Morpheus 8 session in Colombia ranges from COP $1,500,000 to $3,000,000 per area (roughly USD $405 to $810), depending on the size of the zone, the clinic, and the city. A full course of 3 sessions — the most common recommendation — typically falls between COP $4,500,000 and $9,000,000 (about USD $1,215 to $2,430). That same treatment in the United States or Europe usually costs 50% to 70% more, which is why Bogotá has become a serious option for patients traveling specifically for the procedure.
Of all the treatments I perform at Monreal Aesthetics, Morpheus 8 is the one patients have the most questions about — and the one where the price gap between Colombia and abroad surprises people the most. I see patients fly in from Miami, New York, Madrid, and London for this treatment specifically, and the reason is always the same: they did the math.
So let me answer the question directly, then explain what’s actually behind the numbers. Because with Morpheus 8, more than with any other treatment in my practice, the cheapest option is almost never the right one. The device goes deep — up to 8 millimeters — and in the wrong hands, that depth can cause burns, scarring, or permanent skin damage. This isn’t a treatment to bargain-hunt.
This guide is for two kinds of readers: people already living in Colombia who want to understand the local market, and patients abroad considering Bogotá for the procedure. Both groups deserve the same straight talk.
How much does Morpheus 8 cost in Colombia?
In 2026, these are the price ranges we’re seeing at certified clinics across Colombia:
Per single area (forehead, under-eye, jawline, neck alone, or a small body zone): COP $1,500,000 to $2,000,000 (≈ USD $405 to $540).
Full face: COP $2,500,000 to $2,800,000 (≈ USD $675 to $755).
Full face + neck: COP $2,700,000 to $3,000,000 (≈ USD $730 to $810). This is the most popular combination and the one I most often recommend, because the neck ages faster than the face and treating only one of them creates a visible mismatch.
Body zones (abdomen, arms, inner thighs, knees, stretch marks): COP $2,000,000 to $3,500,000 per area (≈ USD $540 to $945), depending on the surface area.
Package of 3 sessions (the standard protocol for most patients): clinics generally apply a 10% to 15% discount, bringing a face + neck package to around COP $7,000,000 to $8,500,000 (≈ USD $1,890 to $2,295) in total.
At Monreal Aesthetics, our Morpheus 8 pricing starts at COP $1,500,000 and goes up to COP $3,000,000 per zone, depending on the surface treated and the complexity of the case. Every quote includes the initial medical consultation, the procedure itself with topical anesthesia, and follow-up appointments.
Morpheus 8 cost: Colombia vs. United States vs. Europe
This is the comparison that drives most of my international consultations. Let me give you the real numbers:
United States: A single Morpheus 8 session runs USD $600 to $4,000, with a full-face treatment typically costing USD $1,000 to $1,500 per session. A complete protocol of three sessions in the U.S. usually totals USD $3,000 to $4,500, and that’s before any annual touch-ups.
Europe: Prices in major cities like London, Madrid, or Milan are comparable to U.S. pricing, often slightly higher in pounds or euros.
Colombia: The same protocol — performed with the same FDA-cleared InMode device, by board-certified physicians — generally costs 50% to 70% less.
For a patient flying from Miami, the math often looks like this: round-trip flight (USD $300–500) + four nights in a good hotel in Bogotá (USD $400–600) + a full Morpheus 8 face and neck protocol (USD $2,000–2,400) = still significantly less than the same treatment alone in their home city. And they get a few days in a beautiful city as part of the deal.
I’m not in the business of overselling Colombia. But the price difference is real, the technology is identical, and the standard of care at established clinics is on par with what you’d find anywhere else.
